Zee brings a dynamic approach when working with clients that are invaluable. An Alumna of Indiana Purdue University, Zee majored in Communication and Fine Arts which has allowed her to grasp an unconventional, yet creative and insightful perspective that is vital to Tenants and Landlords as well as Buyers and Sellers. Her creativity and insight play an instrumental role in understanding her clients' needs and concerns. Over the past five years, Zee has been involved in closing over $20,000,000 in asset sales. Zee's specialty includes assisting both Tenants and Landlords through the sale and leasing process with Restaurant, Bar, and Hospitality locations. Prior to becoming an Agent, Zee worked with a well-known and respected hospitality design and construction firm, where she learned to navigate the restaurant business from infancy to launch (including, but not limited to, permitting, licensing and construction costs). Overtime Zee has accumulated a large database of hospitality clientele and has been instrumental in assisting new concepts to emerge across Los Angeles. She prides herself on cultivating and maintaining relationships with all clients through consistent communication and attention to service, approaching each transaction with diligence and care.
