Nathan Westwater has spent the last several years analyzing Commercial Real Estate in and around the greater Los Angeles area. With a passion for understanding value, investment security, and identifying upside, Nathan is focused on providing useful insight on real estate assets.

Currently, Nathan is running the office of the top producing Commercial Real Estate brokerage team in the San Fernando Valley, CREI. CREI specializes in property sales and acquisitions, as well as tenant representation for a diverse clientele throughout Los Angeles.

He prides himself on helping his team function at its most efficient level, underwriting retail deals and modeling development potential for under-utilized properties. Nathan's Midwestern work ethic, creative thought process and attention to detail ensure results.

As a Minnesota native and graduate of The Evergreen State College in Washington State, Nathan's earnest and attuned demeanor punctuate his presence in any room.

An experienced Outdoorsman, Nathan enjoys spending his time hiking, mountaineering, bodysurfing, and skiing throughout the United States. He passionate about wilderness preservation and social justice.
