Greg specializes in commercial real estate sales and advisory for investors, working with income property owners and buyers looking to expand their portfolios through investment real estate. Greg has vast experience and knowledge of multifamily property of all sizes, as well as other product types for commercial property. Members of our team cover every type of commercial property, including multifamily, retail, shopping centers, NNN, single tenant, office and industrial, as well as commercial leasing, so we cover all commercial real estate needs. Greg delivers a Full Service Brokerage based approach to his business aimed at maintaining long term relationships. This full service brokerage approach caters to helping with every aspect of the sale and buying processes, focusing on smooth and hassle free closes in the shortest amount of time.
Greg began his Real Estate career in high school working as a property manager for apartment buildings, first gaining experience with day to day operations; he continued working full time throughout his college years as an assistant to a top real estate agent with a large firm, while studying business marketing. Immediately upon graduating with a bachelors degree from LMU, Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, he earned his real estate license and began his career in real estate brokerage.
Greg worked as a sales agent at Marcus & Millichap's hub Encino office for 10 years, where he thrived and had years with the lead market share for multifamily sales in Ventura County for a single agent. Here he learned the optimal strategies for facilitating the 1031 exchange process and perfected the ultimate marketing strategies for investment real estate.
In furthering and expanding his career in brokerage, Greg joined the largest and fastest growing nationwide real estate company, Keller Williams Realty in the Commercial Real Estate division as Vice President of Investments with the award winning team CREI, Commercial Real Estate Investments, Inc. Here Greg has been able to grow the team and further the now perfected full service brokerage platform and incorporate leading industry technologies and services to better the experience and results for his clients.
His specialties are working with Buyers and Sellers, Property and Portfolio Analyses, Marketing, Escrow Management, Contract Negotiation, 1031 Exchanges, and Financing. We have strong relationships throughout the real estate industry to ease the process for our clients; these include Title Companies, Escrow Officers, Property Managers, Developers, and 1031 Accommodators. We cooperate and work closely with every real estate brokerage company outside of Keller Williams, to ensure we are best serving our clients through broad marketing exposure and achieving our listed prices, as well as a vast network of real estate agents with many real estate companies across the country that bring great opportunities for investment property to purchase.
Outside of Real Estate, Greg is an experienced backpacker and outdoorsman, triathlete, enjoys beach volleyball, football, soccer, tennis and paddle tennis, and spends time volunteering at charities and philanthropic organizations in the local communities.
