Chad Caldwell

Chad Caldwell joined Keller William Commercial under the award-winning group CREI, Commercial Real Estate Investments, Inc. in 2014. He specializes in multi-family real estate in Ventura and North Los Angeles County areas. Having grown up in Ventura his entire life, Chad knows that area very well and also comes from a sales background, with direct knowledge of commercial real estate from ownership and managing property and brings very specific and unique knowledge of the local areas to every deal. 

Upon graduation from Ventura High School, Chad continued his education at Pepperdine University studying Business Administration. While at Pepperdine he played Division 1 Water Polo all of his four years and graduated in 2003. 

After graduation from Pepperdine University, Chad moved to Mammoth Lakes, California for a few years. While in Mammoth, Chad worked for the Mammoth Mountain Ski Patrol and as an entrepreneur, began a commercial firewood company, working closely with the USDA. Most notably while living in Mammoth, it was here that he began managing income properties and learning about the importance of owning and managing income properties. 

In the summer of 2009 Chad and his wife Oona were married and subsequntly left Mammoth to build a home back in Ventura County. Upon his return home, he first worked in commercial solar energy before working as a draftsmen designing and drawing mechanical and electrical systems for commercial buildings. With a vast knowledge of building codes, energy codes, and Title 24, Chad brings a very valuble skill set to his commercial real estate career. 

Growing up, Chad was surrounded by the real estate world from a young age. His family holds a protfolio of various types of commercial properties throughout the Southern California area, more specifically retail, office, and travel centers for which Chad has been directly involved, helping manage, grow, and further his knowledge of commercial real estate from the owner's perspective.

When Chad is not working in real estate, he enjoys time with his wife and two small children, Finn and Scarlett in their Ojai home, particularly enjoying taking them outdoors on hikes and exploring the area. Chad is an active guy, enjoying sports and is a passionate surfer, loving the local Ventura surf spots.
