Amir Jandaghi

Amir Jandaghi has been involved in real estate since 1985. After attending USC, where he studied for a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, he joined a local general contracting company as a project superintendent, and then a project manager. During which time he was responsible for the construction of several multifamily projects and retail strip shopping centers in Westwood, Brentwood and Koreatown.

In 1990, after becoming a California Licensed General Contractor, he formed his own real estate development and construction company, where he syndicated, entitled, built, and sold several multifamily projects in Westwood and Century City.

In 1995, Amir got his California Real Estate agency license, but instead decided to become an entrepreneur by investing in and operating several different businesses ranging from window covering manufacturing, home healthcare, to transportation and warehousing.

Starting in 2009, he decided to actively invest in and syndicate several real estate ventures, including multifamily and hotel properties in Southern California and Arizona. Since that time he has also successfully built and sold several single family homes and condominium projects in Brentwood, Marina Del Rey, Palms/Mar Vista, and Culver City.

He joined KW Commercial in 2014, and recently joined the award-winning CREI Group (Commercial Real Estate Investment Inc.). He successfully attained the PMC (Property Management Certification) designation from the California Association of Realtors. He successfully completed several CCIM Institute courses, and is in the process of becoming a CCIM designee.

Amir's experience in development, entitlement, construction, and investment in Commercial Real Estate, make him a valuable asset to his clients and his colleagues. He currently specializes in multifamily, adaptive reuse, and self-storage properties in West Los Angeles, Culver City, Inglewood, and the South Bay.

Outside of real estate, Amir actively supports and volunteers in local charities such as the Midnight Mission, Los Angeles Shriners Hospital for Children, the Upward Bound House, ISCC (International Society for Children with Cancer), and the Omid Foundation. Amir is an experienced snow and water skier, and enjoys Pilates, volleyball, rollerblading, running, and tennis.
